Swiss Continental Hotel

Hotel was great, but quite noisy at night until midnight. Staff were good, but there is no dining at all - but that is fine, as there are loads of places within 2-20 minutes walk. It's downtown, so great for shopping.

Was great and warm stay. The front desk staff are great especially Ibtissam was outstanding and very welcoming

Hotel was very clean and tidy from reception up to room. Staff were kind and friendly and extremely helpful. I was given a tray of tea and sweets on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Tissam was working at reception and was the most wonderful and kind person. Without hesitation offered me more complimentary tea and sweets, gave me information on the local area, and was overall just extremely helpful. Genuinely don’t think I’ve been welcomed that well to a hotel. Thank you.

Our stay at the Swiss Continental Hotel was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any request, making our experience truly memorable. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for our family of six. Our children were delighted with the amenities, and we all enjoyed the exquisite dining options available at the hotel. We are already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to return to this oasis of luxury and relaxation. It’s a place that truly knows how to treat its guests like royalty. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une hospitalité qui nous ont immédiatement fait sentir chez nous. L'hôtel est magnifiquement beau, combinant le luxe moderne avec le charme traditionnel. Chaque recoin de l'hôtel respire l'élégance, et l'attention portée aux détails

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants résultat ce n'était qu'une chambre avec un lit double. Heureusement que nous restions qu'une nuit nous avons du dormir à 3 dans le lit et sur un lit d'appoint.

Not able to get through the hotel to cancel it. Booked the wrong country. Didn’t answer their calls. Phoned many times didn’t call back.
