A fantastic find. Beautifully decorated, cosy and friendly. Great selection of tasty food. Friendly and accomodating staff. Brilliant location close the hustle and hustle of the Souks, but so quiet behind doors.

We had the most amazing stay at this riad in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic - the staff genuinely couldn’t have done enough for us. We were a group of 5 girls – celebrating a 50th Birthday and felt so welcomed, looked after, and safe throughout our stay. The team went above and beyond to help with recommendations, arrange a birthday cake, transfers, moving sun loungers on the rooftop so we could have a private belly dancing class and generally just making sure we had everything we needed at all times. The riad itself was beautiful, clean, and such a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. Breakfast was great - omelette's were superb! We would all highly recommend staying here and would definitely return. Thank you again for making our trip so special Marwan! :-)

Our stay at Riad Contessa was the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. From the moment we stepped through the door, the chaos of the Medina vanished, replaced by a beautiful, calm atmosphere and the warm welcome. The Space: The riad is breathtaking. It perfectly balances traditional Moroccan craftsmanship with modern comforts. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet—we slept incredibly well every night. The Food: Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a dream. Every morning we were served fresh bread, delicious Moroccan pancakes, and great coffee. The Service: What truly sets Riad Contessa apart is the staff. They are genuinely kind and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Whether it was helping us navigate the souks, arranging transfers, or just greeting us with mint tea, their hospitality was world-class. Location: Perfectly situated. It’s tucked away in a quiet alley but only a short walk from Dar Bacha and the main attractions. It felt very safe and accessible. If you are looking for an authentic, high-quality riad experience in Marrakech, don’t hesitate to book here. We can’t wait to come back!

Personnel attentif, Marwann était de bon conseil, toujours souriant. Petit déjeuner agréable sur la terrasse. Bien placé, tout se fait à pied.

Beautiful Riad, very spacious. Good hot water. Breakfast was typical Moroccon. Beds were really comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to, about 15 minutes walk to main area of Medina.
