ESESWe had a wonderful stay this weekend! A special thank you to the receptionists, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Nous étions en plein ramadan et de ce fait l'hôtel était vide et froid. Nous n'avions pas de buffer au petit déjeuner mais nous avons cependant été servis copieusement à table. Absence de décoration

⭐☆☆☆☆ I stayed at this suite hotel for three nights 08/26 to 08/29 of 2025 in their best suite (supposed to be)paid $1,222 per night), expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The customer service was terrible — staff were rude, unhelpful, and management seemed completely uninterested in guest satisfaction. The food options were extremely poor, especially the breakfast, which was low quality. The dining experience felt like a complete rip-off. To make things worse, the room was full of mosquitoes, which made it impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. For the amount I paid, I expected luxury and comfort, but instead I got stress and disappointment. Never again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
