USTerrible experience. They overcharged me on just about everything. Room service has a 20% service charge. When I checked in, the receptionist asked me if I was alone and I said yes. So she downgraded me to a standard suite, when I had already paid for a premium seafront suite. I had to pay an extra 400 USD to basically get what I had already booked through Booking.com. Unprofessional staff, the service is terrible. The hotel is small and lacking basic amenities. Never again. Waste of time and money, that is the honest truth.
