The two very supportive receptionists Mr. Ismaiel and Mr. Ibrahim were doing there best to provide us with the best customer service experience. Both of them were very attentive, friendly, and always willing to make the guests happy :)

The two very supportive receptionists Mr. Ismaiel and Mr. Ibrahim were doing there best to provide us with the best customer service experience. Both of them were very attentive, friendly, and always willing to make the guests happy :) When needed, the manger was supportiveand attentive. The housekeeping take place every second day and it was good. After the first two breakfasts, the supportive manger and staff was very kind to provide us with a very nice breakfast at the hotel's café, it was very good both the food and service at the café.

Not having one apart for entire family, not good to split a family to two apartment while it just need some small amendments to accomodate all family of 6 to one apart especially with children less than 5 y.o

Not the most central location for exploring on foot, but it has its own private parking which is a genuine plus if you're travelling by car. We arrived during Eid al-Adha when almost every restaurant and café in the city was closed. The staff not only helped us check in smoothly but also tracked down one of the very few places still serving food that evening. The room itself was spacious, very clean and comfortable.
