Le manque de précisions des réponses aux demandes . Faibles réactivité dans les commandes . On sent un flou ou un désintérêt . Eviter des erreurs telles que : (fausses commandes , mauvais calcul d'additions, déposit / pas déposit )... il suffit de vérifier avant de mettre le client en "porte à faux" par maladresse du serveur . . . c'est très déplacé et énervant .

la chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle , la wifi marche très bien , la localisation de l hôtel a même pas 10mn à pied des magasins du mc do et d un petit marjane market

la piscine est très petite,le bruit de la musique fort en fin de matinée ce n est pas très agréable.
