The meeting place with the housekeeper ie at the counter was too Crowded

too many people waiting to collect the key at the same time. Lift were fully occupied at peak hours.

Location is very good

There is no designated parking, and it requires a fee.

The house design, decoration & location.

The elevator & staff. We had to wait almost 20 minutes every time we need to use the elevator & most of the time we had to use the stairs. Imagine to go up & down 18 floors by stairs because it is much faster than waiting for the elevator. It was a nightmare, really. About the staff, it is already being mentioned in the app that there will be 4 of us but why provide 2 towels only? Asked for another 2 towels for my kids but the staff refused it. For additional blanket it will be charged RM 40. Checking out was also confusing.

overall i had a good stay and fun experience

the lift accommodation is one of the things i didn’t like because it tooks a long time for me to get on. also water leaks on the wall in the living room even though i did not use the aircond, makes it uncomfortable for me to walk on the floor as its always damp
