We like the surrounding areas. 1. The lift is very slow, min 5 mins waiting time, usually close to 10mins. We nirmally get Bomba lift, which is smelly (garbage smells) 2. The unit has many faulty, 2 chairs broken but been left as 'good'. Luckily, we pull the chair and realise it is broken, otherwise we may fall down if directly sitting on it. 3. We use floor mat to "mop" the floor. Very sticky and oily. 4. No shower gel (empty bottle) shampoo still has half bottle, hence we bought our own soap at the covenirnce store. 5. Parking is expensive, rm3 for 1st hours and rm1 for subsequent hour. Hence, be prepared to pay at max RM26 per day. 6. The water in the bathroom is smelly (strong smell). 7. We use filtered water at the pantry sink to boil water for drinks, but the taste is weird. Afraid that the building's water tank is polluted. 8. The room that we stayed in has blocking view.

Honestly, I cannot recommend this place. Not matching booking pictures at all. The pool in the pictures is the hotel one, the one in the apartments is always full and really small. Apartments are not clean, are old and the property doesn't offer any support for broken elements. No cleaning service amd when you ask to clean some elements they complain. Also, the shower not working properly and the staff super rude.
Worst apartment in Kota.
