Overall good we like view from our room..

Im sorry about the bed is not comfortable for us because its so hard... And when we want wash our item at the sink.. u not provide the sunlight n sponge, n no have microwave when we want to heat our food.. tq

The apartment itself was lovely. Once we got in, we were very happy with it. It was clean and comfortable and had all you'd need in it.

If you come in from a different country and don't have a working phone, it's very hard to get in touch with the people to check you in. It's not like in a hotel where people are there as soon as you walk in to check you in. The people at the reception in the lobby have nothing to do with check-in and can't help you. Once we managed to contact them, they came down. But it was all very confusing. Thereweres lots of people sitting in the lobby, not understanding what was happening. The apartments seem to be privately owned and managed separately from each other, which is completely fine. It's just a little confusing and hectic when you first arrive there. Also, theres about 20 floors and 3/4 elevators, which in theory sounds ok, but they're extremely busy elevators and are constantly stopping at every floor as people are getting on. It's just something to be aware of if you're in a rush. Allow at least 10 extra minutes to get from your floor to the ground.

Excellent location, clean with all amenities needed. Great view. Very accommodating with our very late arrival due to flight changes.

Washing machine available but no dryer to dry clothes.

Comfortable stay, lovely clean room great location and staff were nice.

A little slow in responding to a couple of issues, especially when I needed to leave to catch a plane. Check out was not easy and the tv in the room didn't work! I asked for a discount which they said they would get back to me about but never did! I paid a lot for the room, so had expected more.

Great views across the harbour, but a bad smell coming into the bathroom from the drain.

The view from the apartment window across the harbour is fantastic. The property is across the road from the Central Market and very close to waterfront seafood places. There is a supermarket in the shopping centre across the road. However, there is a vile smell in the bathroom coming from the drain and some noise from outside.
