The location was great, right next to food stalls and restaurant options. 15mins walk to the ferry to the islands and good cafes at a short walking distance. The layout of the apartment was nice for us, with a small kitchen and livingroom separated from the bedroom. WhatsApp communication with the service team has been really quick and efficient.

We stayed in apartment 06 on the 10th floor, and the cleanliness and state of the apartment was not good. The floor still had some dirt around and the white bathroom mat was stained and looked used. When complaining about it through WhatsApp we received an extra free cleaning round, and even though the floor was then cleaned, the new mat was still looking old and dirty. The couch was broken, with the backrest not staying up and always remaining open like a sleeping couch. When I reported this via WhatsApp I was told they know about it and it was scheduled to be repaired. However I see from old reviews that complaints about a broken couch have been mentioned for the past 7 months already, and it seems it has not been fixed yet. We often found loads of people waiting for the elevator, but luckily never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for it. It might have helped that our apartment was on one of then lower floors (only 7-21 have accommodations) so we were always one of the first stops. To be noticed that there’s no way to avoid the elevator queue. We tried to use the staircase to go up but the door cannot be opened from the ground floor, so they can only be used from the upper floors to come down. The building definitely has an issue with the plumbing, with the toilet drain and shower drain being connected. Whenever someone upstairs flushes, all the smell comes out of the shower drain. We kept the bathroom windows open at all times and it helped a lot. One last point was the confusing checkout process. We were told to put the key in the mailbox in the basement, with no other specific instructions. We then realised there is no basement in this building but we did notice a mail room on the sign posts for the third floor. However when we tried to push the 3rd floor button in the elevator it would not work. After a few tries we asked the security guard how to get there and it turns out that’s through a different public elevator that can be accessed outside of lobby

Lif always full load..all the time Stair also cannot use..because the Stair end at 4 floor..

Great location

1.There is an awful smells from a leaking pipe at the balcony. Not a great experience cause had to live with that smells. No dustbin plastic available. Aircond remote battery is out. Had to replace from a TV remote.

Location

Stinking. Broken furniture, missing accessories, change of room provided but not as comfortable as original one but still stinking. Overcrowded lift lobby.
