It's hard to find the check-in area, and it's confusing, and the elevator takes a very long time to get to the room.🙁

Great location in KK, room was clean and great value for money.
Check in isn’t sorted by the staff well. You have to text and then wait a very long time for anyone to come and get you. Made things very difficult.

The building and apartment are disgusting. Check in is impossible if you do not have an internet connnection bc they have no check-in desk. It’s all via WhatsApp.

1. No gym 2. Expensive parking 3. False advertising: the infinity pool is for hotel use only and condo residents have a separate pool which does not have an infinity view!

it comes with electric stove, enough dishes and cutleries, can cook megi if u feel hungry in the middle of the night. can watch netflix, got sofa bed so it’s comfortable to sit and watch movie for a long time.

房间很大，和照片一致，地理位置好出行方便。
马桶漏水，整个房间都是一股屎臭味。洗澡水温度只有20度左右，洗得不舒服。床品很脏，枕头都是高枕，没有低枕，严重影响睡眠。房间不准备拖鞋，要了几遍才拿过来。
