Location wise is perfect. Located at the center heart of Georgetown. Many restaurant and convenience stores around.

1. No parking - However this is expected and understandable. We need to park about 500m from the hotel at the roadside. 2. Lift was break down during our stay. We are forced to use stairs to our room at level 4, with my 8-months pregnant wife, we are not given any alternative like lower floor room. I understand that lift breakdown is not the hotel fault but not given any alternative is totally disappointment!. 3. Room cleanliness. - We are entering the room with sweat smell. We assume the bed sheet was not change as there are few stain marks on the bed sheet. Drinking water jar also was empty meaning they did not really re do the room after the last customer.

The toilet is good

TV is not funtion

Staffs Service are very good n helpful.. Location very convenient

The room with or without windows are not stated clearly n parking issues.
