The manager at the property was asking me tourism tax of MR 10 which I have already paid as it was included in my booking amount. Still he was arguing with me and wasted a lot of mine in that. Invoice they were providing was all non sense as they were indicating an amount of MR 15 for rounding off Rounding off is done for the convinience of making the number after decimal to the nearest whole number like if it is less than 0.5 then take the previous digit and if it is more than 0.5 then take the next digit for convenience of transaction, but it has to be within MR1 When I pointed them out they had no answer but to blame everything on OYO and even after accepting this blunder they have shown their inability to change it in invoice Manager was trying to extract an extra of MR10 at the name of already paid tourism tax and he must have done it with other guests also He was very rude and was not apologetic for the mistakes he was accepting rather he was using the sentences like I do not own OYO so how would I know? Room size was extremely small and with no wardrobe or almirah Lift of the lobby was a bit strange and was very slow I would say one can find a much better property in the same location with much lesser price, if someone can take out some time to search properly For me it was not at all the value for money I have paid for it Rather a disappointment
