"Poor host"

We were in the building and saw that it is in terrible condition with mold and leaky cealing. Since we literally just booked this room for today we cancelled it immediately. No work was done by the host since it was less then 5 minutes since we booked our stay but we didn't get the money back due to booking on the same day. We got no response from the host when we asked if we can have a refund. We are quite disappointed in this approach and don't recommend any stays in this building and with this host.
