The fully house was superb clean and comfort. We having a really nice and relaxing time there

The apartment was spacious for 2 families with young children. It was clean and had basic essentials that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right. The view was just awesome, waking up too and its nice to just be at the balcony basking in the view and the sun before starting the day. There was also Zus Coffee and 7-11 at ground floor and that was helpful in order for us to get rations too! Staff were prompt in providing assistance as well and we are grateful.

The facilities at the apartment were run down especially the swimming pool area. There were broken planks which was unsafe for children. There weren't any places to laze around at the pool. The pool also needed to be cleaned more regularly.

Bilik bersih, selesa, besar dan luas.. bathtub ada dua.. segala kemudahan berfungsi dengan baik..

Service lift sangat laaaaaaaa tidak memuaskan. Ada 5lift, cuma 2 yg berfungsi. Utk check in : 15minit menunggu Utk check out : 11.20am - 12.55pm Last-last kami sekeluarga turun gunakan tangga dari level 36 sehingga level 14.. mmg pengalaman yg sgt2 tak menyeronokkan ya 😅

Only 1 aircon functioning in the room. 1 spoilt even after maintenance done. Worst experience with the lift availability. Only 2 out of 5 working..for a 44 floor building with such lift facility is troublesome..waited almost 30mins ..🤨
