After I completed the booking, no one contacted me. To confirm whether the check-in date was successfully changed, I had to follow up many times. Even on the day of check-in, I still had to keep asking again and again just to get the map and the key-collection video. The person in charge of the contact number behaved like a robot, barely responding. They even asked me for the deposit just a few minutes before I checked in — and insisted that I transfer it to their personal account. Only after I repeatedly refused did they finally give me the company account. Honestly, if a deposit was required, they should have informed me through WhatsApp right after I completed the booking. This is a terribly unprofessional service staff. I never want to encounter such a jerk ever again. In addition, the area under the kitchen sink was leaking. I’ve attached a photo of the worker who came to repair it. However, the issue was never fixed.

Everything was great, it’s just that the owner replies slowly when you want to ask anything. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The view

Room smell of smoke. There is wall plug with metal expose on it. Very hazardous. And there is also water mark of 'love' shape on bathroom wall- this is visible when hot shower is turned on
