The location

Asking for a refundable deposit of 200 RM per unit at the last minute which was not mentioned anywhere during booking or at the time of payment. Bedsheets were not clean. Found several baby cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. No one time slippers.

The accommodation was okay overall, but I wouldn’t really recommend it.

The stay was overall okay, but there were several issues: The owner did not clearly inform us which block the unit was located in. For a 3-bedroom unit with two cars, only one parking lot was provided. (Onwer could suggest using value parking as an alternative.) The access card was a major problem. Only one card was given for a 3-bedroom unit, and it was required both to enter the unit and to operate the electricity, which was very inconvenient. No floor towels were provided in the rooms. The bathroom floors were slippery, so guests need to be careful.
