Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen!

Das WLAN war bei uns ziemlich instabil und der Zugang zum Riad war am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig; enge, manchmal etwas dunkle, unbelebte Gasse. Es sei jedoch sehr sicher.

Die Bewertungen auf der biokingcom Seite entsprechen nicht der von uns angetroffenen Realität! Es herrscht ein Renovierungsstau! Ein Safe war nicht vorhanden und im anderen Zimmer funktionierte er nicht mehr und sollte wohl schon länger ausgetauscht werden, lt. Fatima, aber man sei Familie, da könnte man vertrauen! Weiss Fatima dies von Allen Gästen? Das Frühstück war keine Abwechslung, jeden Tag das Selbe! Das Abendessen am ersten Abend war so, dass wir die weiteren Abende nicht mehr dort gegessen haben, zu teuer für das angebotene! Vom angeblichen Schweizer Managment war nichts zu spüren

Tiene un patio muy bonito y el desayuno es muy completo, el personal es muy amable.

La ubicación, para llegar tienes que pasar por unos callejones muy estrechos, que especialmente durante la noche asusta un poco, porque en algunas zonas no hay ni luz. Además, la limpieza podría mejorar bastante.

"Heerlijke rustige riad middenin de medina!"

De ligging was perfect, dichtbij de mooie straatjes in de oude medina maar ook heel rustig. Je hebt niet door dat je in een druk gebied bent. Bovenop het dakterras zagen we de besneeuwde bergtoppen van het Atlasgebergte; prachtig! Aziz was zeer behulpzaam; heeft de eerste avond het diner verzorgt en ook onze excursies geregeld; heel fijn dat dit zo verzorgd werd. De taxi stond steeds voor ons klaar en Aziz bracht ons daarvoor naar de juiste plek, top!!! Verder een prachtige riad met een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt en mooie kamers met fijne bedden. Aanrader!!!

Enige minpunt wat ik kan bedenken was dat de wifi op de kamer niet optimaal was; met name onze puberdochters hadden daar problemen mee 😉

La proximité du centre de la Médina Le calme sauf quand des voyageurs partent de bonne heure car ils attendent devant les chambres L’accueil des hôtes Aziz et Issam et l’équipe entière adorable et disponible. Super petit déjeuner.

Manque de connexion dans les chambres Les taxes de séjour devraient être payées en même temps via la carte sur booking trop compliqué en espèces à la fin

The staff was absolutely the best part. So friendly and accommodating! The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was so good and the dinner we had as well. There are a lot of spots around the Riad to relax and it’s super convenient to the souk. Lots of restaurants in walking distance as well.
