L'emplacement , la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel de maison.

Chambre un peu humide et sombre. Nous n'en avons pas l'habitude.

quiet and very clean - helpful staff - however not always readily available early in mornings and late at night - the room was great size - very clean - the area just around the villa a little concerning as clearly a lot of damage still visible from the earthquake.

My friend and I just felt that the villa lacked certain aspects of warmth and hospitality previously experienced in other riads over the years namely the option to make hot and cold drinks when we woke up - or if we came in late and wanted a hot drink before bedtime. We have stayed in the medina before and one of the plus points of this location was that it was exceptionally quiet as not on a alleyway frequented by motorbikes throughout the night. The wifi was terrible unless we were downstairs. There needs to be some heat lamps in the eating areas on the terrace which would certainly help in the colder months.

Het is een verborgen parel in de wir war van smalle donkere steegjes. Het personeel is top ❤️ zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers worden elke dag netjes gemaakt met propere handdoeken, niets op aan te merken.

Ik was met 70+ op vakantie en er zijn nogal wat trappen. Maar heel Marrakech is in de hoogte gebouwd met veel rooftops, dus komt in elke riad/ gebouw voor. Is gewoon ter info geen negatieve punten over de Riad .

Die überaus grosse Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten.

Der Standort des Riad ist nicht nur schwierig zu finden, sondern auch versteckt und schmutzig. Das ist nicht dem Riad geschuldet, trotzdem halt ein Mangel.

Gostei muito do Riad, da simpatia e disponibilidade extrema de todo o staff. O local não foi o mais simpático. Longe da praça EL FNAA e num beco em obras com um acesso cheio de lixo. O wifi também não é muito bom. Valeu pela enorme simpatia e limpeza.
