The hotel cancelled my booking due to some unexpected problems on the day of arrival at 2.45pm while we were on our way to the hotel. With kids and all, we had to find another hotel then and there. When asked when they knew this problem, was told 2 days ago! Very upsetting for us, and the person who was assigned to call us was a mere new employee, not knowing how to response to my rage. Where's the manager? No accountability at all.
