they change the room that i booked. i chose 2 single bes but i got queen bed. and the room full of ciggaret smell.

There is mold on the wall. The television could not be tuned on. The wifi is a bit slow. Can't really surf anything.

HOTEL CANCELLED MY BOOKING AS I ARRIVED KUALA TERENGGANU (LAST MINUTE !) AND I HAD TO FIND OTHER HOTEL TO STAY THROUGH OUT THE NIGHT (WE'RE STRUGGLING, WE BARELY CAN FIND HOTEL ON THE LAST MINUTE SINCE IT WAS LAST MINUTE OFCOURSE ALL THE HOTEL IS FULLY BOOKED), THEY SHOULD'VE PROVIDE SOME ALTERNATIVE TO US BUT THEY JUST CALL US AND SAID THAT WE HAD TO CANCELLED IT DUE TO OVERBOOKING??!!
