Everything. Staff very rude and unprofessional. Room is not ready when we arrived. Need to come back 1 hour later and when we checked in the room is not very clean. Floor is not swept, sink tap is broken (water is bursting from everywhere), one light is not functioning. Even for a budget hotel, this is not acceptable as basic amenities are off and not well maintained.
