The attention of the staff was great. The location was very central and close to the ferry port, a large mall, markets, and faces a lush green mountain. The shower provides a towel and shampoo. Breakfast is a simple toast and butter or jam.

The bathroom sink area is shared and is tight, and some sinks were used to wash dishes and their faces. Toilet areas are also quite near each other.

I love the size of the bunkers, not the conventional bunkers, the host custom made it that fit all sizes. Then the facilities are clean, and in good condition.

My bunk mates are dirty and messy girls. (I stayed in 8bed female dorm). They hang their wet clothes at my curtain rails. I attached a video to how messy and dirty they are. I regret requesting a lower bed. Should have requested an upper bed.

Facilities are nice, the location is great.

Staff was nice and helpful. Pitcher water available. Toast for breakfast.

Lockers are not available in every room. Apparently, that requires booking a more expensive room. Management is also unwilling to make any accommodations for their mishandling of interactions with booking.com. They will kick you out at 10pm at night instead of working with you.
