Water heater is broken during stay They should always check for the utilities and make sure everything is ok before customer check in

"With some effort and improvement, this property could be a very good budget stay location in PJ."

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good aircon and shower. Sufficiently clean. Lots of good food within walking distance, and SS2 a short ride away.

Housekeeping cleaned the room only when prompted to despite the clean room sign being on the door. the cafe at the ground floor has closed. no work table, which is important to me. Vending machine out of order on one of the days and No provision store near by. Flooring coming apart in some places.
