Room was not ready, complaint and response was very slow...waited over 1.5 hours in someone else used room...finally changed the room after 1.5 hours

I stayed at Yukio Hotel for two months, and at first, everything felt great. The space was very large, clean, and comfortable—it truly felt like a second home. The building is modern, safe, and peaceful, not crowded at all, which I really appreciated. There’s a spa on the top floor, so you can get a massage without leaving the building. There’s also a small shop where you can buy croissants and snacks, although it’s a bit overpriced. One major plus is that Grab delivery drivers are allowed inside, and if you ask, they can even leave your order right in front of your door—super convenient.

There were a few minor communication issues with staff during my stay—some tension here and there—but to be fair, they generally tried their best. I wouldn’t call the service perfect, but it was passable. The biggest downside came during my last week, when I was moved to another room. That new room had cockroaches in the bathroom, which completely changed the vibe. On top of that, after my first night sleeping in the new room, I woke up with irritation and breakouts on my face. I realized it was likely from the pillowcase, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. That part was unacceptable.

it’s accessible to nearby shops and highway

Check-in was quite complicated since it’s self check-in. The room was cramped, overpriced, and had no windows. The bathroom was dirty, and there were stains on the bedsheet. Parking wasn’t free — you have to pay for parking. It wasn’t cheap!
