The location and the view from my room.

On the second day, they forgot to change our towels. On third day, before I leave for outing, I leave a note to change all towels. They took the used towels but only give one new towel. So had to call to request one more towel. They should provide the facilities as a standard services.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful solved the problem.

Housekeeping was careless throwing our stuff without permission, but our dustbin had not been clear.

The sea view and pool view were absolutely stunning.The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. A washing machine with dryer was provided in the Queen Premier Studio, which was very convenient.The location is strategic and easily accessible.Guests are welcomed with complimentary coffee from the coffee machine during check-in.The staff were friendly, attentive, and highly responsive in arranging birthday and anniversary decorations. Parking was also easy to access and readily available.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. We would love to come back again!!
