Palazzo Martinelli

Pobyt w tym hotelu był wyjątkowo przyjemny! Obiekt zlokalizowany na głównej ulicy miasteczka Sorrento - dobry punkt wypadowy. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, pokój codziennie sprzątany. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Bardzo dobre śniadania w cenie - możliwość wyboru menu, dobra kawa. P. Laura bardzo dbała abyśmy byli zadowoleni i obsłużeni zgodnie z naszymi oczekiwaniami. Prawdziwe, bardzo dobre włoskie desery - pyszne Tiramisu. mieliśmy taras na którym miło było wypić wino. Parking samochodowy zlokalizowany w sąsiedztwie (ok. 400 m) pod obiektem parking płatny.

Parking was a bit far and challenging but I guess that comes with being in the town center in Italy

The property is absolutely beautiful The room, exactly as pictured hospitality of the staff impeccable, and over the top. Both Laura and Katia were fabulous and amazing..

The location of the room that we stayed in was on the fourth floor and ultimately preparation for breakfast right outside the door a little bit noisy in the morning.

This is a new, very small hotel (10 rooms). They are working out the kinks. Breakfast doesn’t exactly run smoothly yet. The rooms are very nicely done with all the amenities one would like.

Fantastic little palace. Very comfortable and exceptionally located. I will return and I will recommend! Breakfast was very complete and delicious. Attention from staff (Katia and Laura) and the owner (Nicola) was impecable. I loved the place.

Everything was perfect.

The boutique hotel is incredible. The room is spacious, clean,comfortable and very well equipped and modern facilities. Breakfast is very satisfying served on the terrace with a lovely view of Sorrento bay. The only remark I have is the limited manning of the reception desk, which is sometimes inconvenient. A code should be provided for entering the premises.

Lack of information about the sauna and facilities. Late notification about the location. Had to text to say we were outside . Possibly a photograph of the gates would be useful. We had found out about the Easter parade, the staff did not tell us about the festivities etc . I feel that more local knowledge could be given. A
