Palazzo Martinelli

So much to love about our recent 7-night stay here. First, we want to extend our sincere thanks to Laura and Katia for their superb customer service both before and during our stay, including helping us book airport transfers. With this being a small boutique hotel, the service was very personalized, which added to the experience. The rooms are clean, bright and well equipped with everything you need, including a fridge stocked daily with water. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fairly spacious. The hotel takes security very seriously, so we felt very safe staying there. The breakfast on the rooftop was a particular highlight. We were offered a full menu of egg dishes, crepes and pancakes, a choice of multiple coffee drinks, a fresh fruit station, yoghurt and much more. The fresh morning croissants were delightful. The location of the hotel is perfect and very walkable. It's just steps from the Piazza Tasso, where you can sit in one of the many bars and restaurants, people watching while you sip on your Limoncello Spritz. It is also conveniently situated near the bus station from where many of the daily tours left, as well as the steps down to the dock and all the "shopportunities" you could wish for. Just perfect in every way. We highly recommend this hotel in Sorrento. One of the best hotel experiences I have had, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels! Thanks again Laura and Katia!

Accessibility, No parking space by hotel to unload luggage’s. If you are lucky, you can park nearby on the main road, you then have to carry luggage’s by hand to the hotel, over the gate.

Beautiful property in a quiet location. Staff extremely professional and gracious. Breakfast was beautiful and plentiful. Husband especially liked the cooked to order eggs.

This is a hidden gem! Its location is in the heart of everything but to get to the place you go through a gate so feels secured. Clean, new and plentiful amenities including an amazing breakfast with a beautiful view! Katia, Laura and all of the staff are friendly, helpful and we truly enjoyed our stay!

We had an unforgettable stay at the Palazzo Martinelli Hotel in Sorrento, Italy! This charming boutique hotel has only 10 beautifully unique rooms, each named after a classic Italian song—ours was ’O Sole Mio, which added such a special, personal touch. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, close to everything. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service. Laura was amazing—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome. A hidden gem in Sorrento—highly recommended!
