The room is exactly how it is pictured, clean, stylish and spacious. The employees are so nice and gracious. The only issues are the noise level during breakfast for late sleepers and entry into the place. The walls are thin and noise echoes during.

Es nuevo, el diseño, decoración, las habitaciones muy confortables. El desayuno excelente. Ubicación muy conveniente.

El edificio se comparte con un condominio de viviendas.

Etwas schwierig als Ausländer ohne Telefonabo die Ankunft anzukünden. Nicht erkannt wie man überhaupt das Eingansportal öffnen kann, später alles einfach und klar. Super schönes Hinterhof LUXUS Hotel.

房間沒有全身鏡！有一天電梯🛗壞了。

The hotel was in a nice location, breakfast was great and room keepers cleaned up very well. All the staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the ferry and bus locations.

Great facility quiet and very accessible to the square for shopping and restaurants.

Das Frühstück wurde Teilweise (z.B.: Omelette) immer frisch für jeden zubereitet. Nur der Cappuccino wäre für italienische Verhältnisse noch ausbaufähig. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag Top gereinigt. Die Damen dafür hatten stets mit singender Stimme gute Laune. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ein großen Lob dafür! Das waren für uns bis jetzt die besten Betten, die wir jemals in einem Urlaub hatten. Man könnte auch für eine Nacht zu Dritt darin Schlafen, so groß waren die Betten.

Leider sind die Zimmer etwas Hellhörig, was man aber verschmerzen kann. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Man ist komplett im Zentrum, wo man alles sofort erreichen kann und man bekommt von der Straße überhaupt nichts mit.

I would highly Palazzo Martinelli! We felt so welcomed from the minute we arrived to the minute we checked out. The room was very big and there was a personal hot tub on the patio! We enjoyed the breakfast which is located on the roof top. A nice selection to choose from along with various items you can order off of their menu! I would highly recommend staying at Palazzo Martinelli!! The staff at the hotel was so nice and helpful!!

Vom Eigentümer an alle SUPERNETT und freundlich. Wunderschöner, vor 2 Jahren renovierter Palast. Perfekte große Zimmer mit sensationellen neuen Betten. Der Zugang ist sehr gut gesichert, man muß 2 x läuten, um in das Hotel zu kommen.

Der Eingang von der Straße sieht schlimm aus, heruntergekommen. Aber das ist wirklich eine Kleinigkeit. Dann läutet man und ist sofort in einem sehr schönen Teil. Daß es keinen Aufenthaltsraum gibt, mag ein kleiner Nachteil sein.
