Aila Homestay

環境幽靜、空間很大、一出房門就是游泳池，很適合停留在這裡休息，位置有點遠會詢問要不要幫忙租機車

Aila Homestay is very helpful and make our stay in Panglao Bohol very pleasant, we can feel that the owner is making their best effort to accommodate the requests of their guests, and they even helped us to print out our return ferry ticket which is a plus. Thank you for taking care of the guests. We read the comments of other guests who stayed in the past and understand that different people have different experience but considering the price of the Homestay and the service they provide, compare to any similar price range resorts in Bohol, we believe Aila is value for money and excellence of service. The only slight improvement comment I would make is the responsive rate from Whasapp or online tools could be shorter.

The property is very nice, there is a big swimming pool and the kid enjoyed it a lot. Yet there was a huge communicational problem and I think the owner should consider give some trainings to their stuff. When I texted the hotel no. for arranging pick-up service, I told them to arrange tuktuk at the first place but they missed this message and arranged a car. When we tried to discuss about the price, all of the staff came and rudely asked us to pay more than we chose. They even said to call the police. The kid felt so scared by their attitude. After this, they were not allowed to check in earlier even the room was available. When I made an international phone call, the girl (who claimed to be the manager) kept repeating "it is your problem. It is your choice. You didn't pay" for at least one minute without allowing me to say a word. Then I had to say "I have listened patiently for one minute. Can I talk now? Can I speak?" Then I explained the entire situation and screepcapture the message I sent them initially. They finally understood it was their mistake and offered early checkin and free ride to the beach. The total experience was kind of bad, especially when we travelled with kid. If the hotel tried to comfort the guest, it would show that they care us, but they trapped the kid in the reception even there was a room to check in. 2) the staff dont value the guests. When problem arrives, they dont help and not even allow you to speak at first.

very nice accomodation if you take a motorbike/roller (or use the tuk-tuk transfer) to go to nearby beaches or town, excellent pool, nice restaurant recommendations provided

I did not like the price of properties car for moving to the town.

Not good. Not worth the money. Way too much chlorine in the pool. The children suffered a severe rash. They have a crazy dog ​​that is aggressive. Was close to being bitten. Road and access are very poor. Next time it will be a different place to stay!

We had a little misunderstanding with our ride to the ferry terminal but the staff promptly solved the issue! They can provide a ride to Alona but it’s a lot cheaper to flag your own tuk tuk ride. Overall, the place was clean and quiet. We had a comfortable stay!

The place is a bit far from the “tourist spots”. We had a problem with ants but the staff quickly killed them off with ant spray.

Very helpful staff and beautiful apartment

Staff was nice and quite really convenient to us. We highly recommend it.
