Aila Homestay

Everything was nice the homeowner lady and her son were kind and always asked us if everything is alright. Pool is nice and big and you can also swim after the 22pm time. Rooms are spacious and comfy it really feels like home. The location is little bit hidden but it is good because you really are getting that peacefulness out of it. also the beach is not really that far aprox 4-5 minutes of walking. Will happily return back next year.

There is nothing negative to say all of my expectations were met and everything went smooth and fine

It is cozy and a relaxing place. Good service. Good at communicating with them. They are helpful with driving to and from Alona Beach and help with laundry. The apartments are in good condition. On the negative side, they have a dog that was about to attack us but was stopped at the last minute by the owners. The dog was mostly on a leash, but sometimes it got loose. We therefore had to go inside and inform the owners about it. This happened about 2 to 3 times. The owners explained that the dog had an electric leash around his neck that he can learn to obey.

Staff are friendly and the pool.

Too far from the part and the road is rough.

Best place to stay in Panglao. The beds are comfy, dark out curtains, snd good air conditioning. The price is higher than other properties in the area but you get what you pay for. Aila, the owner, checks on all the guests and does everything possible to accommodate you. The staff is great and always willing to get you anything you need.

Road to get to property to many holes , dangerous and you will have a accident on any bike ,also no lights

That we had Netflix (saved us in the evening), that we had a swimming pool, sunbed and water!

Isn’t there fault: the location.

New property that is simply amazing. Very very quiet. Only 6 units. Our units kitchen was well equipped. Lots of space has each place is like a small apartment. Staff are always cleaning something, pool is cleaned everyday. There are about 6 restaurants with 1 km. There are two very friendly dogs on the premises,.neither of the dogs bark. They have a Tuk Tuk on premises to take you wherever you like for a fee. They also have a scooter for rent, 450php a day.

Room was large and it is just built so maintained well when we stayed

There is Pet staying at the property and he chewed my leather fit flops. Owner has offered to take me to the city so I can buy a new pair but I was not intereted as my size is not available in Philipines (which i already knew) and I have limited time on a holiday so cluesly roaming in shopping malls was not part of my plan. I have asked to adjust half of the shoes cost towards toom rate, they have told that my shoes are very old and bad and even fake. That was very unprofessional way of approaching the situation. I had to spend my beach holiday in sneakers, and I felt disrespected. Location of the property is very remote. Considering location and hosts approach the price and value of the property is far not matching.
