The pool was good. Location is just right

There are a lot I didn't like. 1. There is no staff in the reception area every time I needed one. What made it worse was that there is no bell to call on someone. I even kept calling the mobile number to only know that they left the phone on the counter with no one to check. 2. The telephone in the room was not working (that is why I needed to frequent the reception) 3. The bathroom and CR have no door! This is the only hotel I've gone to that has the worst CR. When you take a bath or take a dump, others will hear it. Worse,, everyone in the room will smell your sh*t! 4. Bathroom too small, and shower not working right 5. The drainage of the bathroom is not working well. Water collects and drains so slow. 6. Wifi not reaching the assigned room for us 7. There are hidden fees! I was surprised by other fees that were charged at the hotel. I guess that is the reason why they only accept cash payments to be able to charge such extra amounts.

Bed was comfortable, gym and pool looked good.

Bathroom was very smelly, plenty of cockroaches in bathroom, luckily we brought Bygone killer.😱 Noisy traffic from the highway, food menu poor choices and many not available.
