Was able to book on short notice, price SEEMED good for a property a bit out of town - at the end it wasn t

1) Arrived a bit early at 13:45 and was told to wait, earliest check in is 14:00 2) got the room right next to the entrance so it was noisy and no wifi signal 3) left 8am and returned 17:00 and found nobody bothered to clean the room 4) big surprise on check out, while booking it said YOUR TOTAL IS XXX, PAY AT HOTEL but upon checkout got charged 33% MORE. Would not have stayed there for that price and this may be a scam between booking.com and the hotel to show you a TOTAL PRICE and then claim it s before taxes and service charge (taxes added first so you pay 12% SERVICE charge on your taxes). I had no service, no room cleaning, no complementary water bottle so why I need to pay? Don't get me wrong, the Vigan area is fantastic and people are great, I shall return but not with booking.com and not to Scam Garden Hotel! SMS Hospitality, whoever you are - you have work to do!

the staff is polite and helpful. he was able to solve every little problem encountered. Everything was fine, the structure is a bit dated but in a good state of maintenance.

The only problem encountered was the bad management of the booking customer service. Arrogant and wrong.
