PHThe location of The Shore is very good -it is within walking distance of two of the major malls in the Capital. The swimming pools were well maintained as was the rest of the property. The views from the balcony are excellent. It was nice to have a hot shower available and a smart TV in the accommodation.
We advised the property that we would be arriving around 3.00AM as only night flights were available. I was told that "What you requested can't be arranged ahead of time but Borneotel The Shore KK by CHG said they'll do their best to accommodate you upon arrival. And "Our standard check-in time is 3 pm. Please be informed that early check-in is subject to availability on the day itself and there will be charges applied." A phone number was supplied. In the event, there were no staff on-site until 08.00 which tends to suggest they had no intention to accommodate us on arrival. They charged us RM 10 for stains on a towel and bedding and the same day left us with a supposedly clean stained towel.
