Initial staff contact very brusque and unhelpful when asking questions about tea towels, extra supplies etc. Such as drinking glasses!. Although had more luck with different staff member who had to come and let us into apartment when key failed to open door!! Not suitable size apartment for 4 adults with suitcases even though advertised as such.
