El tema tovalloles. Nomes 1 de bany per persona i sense opcio a tovalloles per la piscina. Quan vam arribar estava en manteniment i no tornaven a obrir fins l'endema a les 10 del matí. Fan manteniment 3 cops per setmana. El bany necessita mes accessoris, no hi ha estantaries ni suficients penjadors per 4 persones. Mampara insuficienr. S'inunda tot l'espai

Piscine très sympa, belle vue et personnel serviable pour résoudre nos soucis d'internet

Manque d'insonorisation ; nous entendions beaucoup le bruit des avions. Manque de propreté : nous avons eu des cafards, un dans notre chambre, un dans le couloir. La lunette des toilettes était cassée. La douche était compliquée à utiliser. Absence totale d'équipement dans l'appartement (pas de raclette ni de balai dans la salle de bain, pas de verres dans la cuisine, manque de serviettes, aucun rangement, pas de liquide vaisselle etc) Enfin, gros gros problème de sécurité ! La 2ème nuit, un feu s'est déclaré à 1h30 du matin. Nous avons été réveillés par les cris extérieurs à l'immeuble et avons évacué notre chambre en urgence. Aucun dispositif d'alarme ne s'est déclenché, personne de l'hôtel ou de la police ou des pompiers ne s'est assuré que l'immeuble était évacué et la propriétaire du logement semble avoir été informée de la situation mais n'a pas pris la peine de nous prévenir. Le feu a été maîtrisé 2h plus tard et nous avons pu remonter dans nos chambres vers 4h du matin et heureusement aucun dégât, mais nous avons rencontré le lendemain des occupants qui n'étaient pas au courant de ce qui s'était passé et étaient restés dormir dans leurs chambres. Cela aurait pu être extrêmement grave. Nos enfants ont été très choqués.

De check-in verliep wat chaotisch, aangezien het ontzettend druk was in de lobby en we de contactpersoon niet konden vinden. Eenmaal de sleutel konden we opweg naar de 16e verdieping. Het appartement was ruim en netjes. Twee slaapkamers, een nette badkamer en in elke ruimte een airco. Keuken was prima, maar enkel voorzien van bestek voor vier personen, meer niet. Geen schaar, geen mes, geen kookplaat en geen broodrooster. Niet erg, maar het was wel handig geweest. De liften zijn tijdens spitsuur een drama. Lange rijen voor vier liften die 23 verdiepingen moeten bedienen. Locatie was perfect, alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand.

Na een dag kwam er een vislucht uit het doucheputje die niet te harden was. Bleek uiteindelijk het riool te komen, maar was echt heel vies.

Great location - large room and very comfortable beds.

As there was no reception we were told to WhatsApp on arrival but there was no wifi in the lobby and we hadn't sorted out a local sim as yet it was a bit difficult to try and inform the staff we were there - luckily someone message on our behalf.

Room is as advertised and everything worked fine. Great location in the heart of Kota Kinabalu. Check in and check out process was smooth and easy with clear instructions provided for the room. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable to use. The car park was also smooth to navigate with contactless card payment which provided a safe place to park my car overnight. Thank you to Cindy for responding to my WhatsApp swiftly and apologise again for being 30min late to the agreed check in time.

The waiting time for the lifts especially during peak hour like check in and check out time was too long and many other guests also were not respectful of the queue so it was unpleasant to have to jostle for a space in the lift (Too little lifts serving a 25-storey building) But that's probably the building management's problem. Also, the bathroom door hinge needs to be lubricated as it is quite noisy to open and close.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. Company was good with communication. Location is good.

The use of the lift was tiring. Huge queues to go up and down and it stopped continuously making each exit or return to the apartment very long. Shower door was too small so water sprayed over the bathroom floor. The hot water was ‘warm’ and not hot. There was a sink and plates but no washing up materials.
