Comfortable. Stylish. Good location.

Breakfast in a delicious-looking pastry shop was very poor. Miserable service made us feel like a nuisance. Amidst the lovely cakes we had orange squash, a pathetic sandwich, croissant and coffee. We found the self-service entry and climb a bit of a struggle (partly due to someone leaving the lift door open at the top).

Didn’t like having to downloada video to find out how to access the property. There were too many steps.

Modern and very well presented, photos are very accurate. There are also some nice little touches! Have to add that Katia is an exceptional host.

It was very beautiful and right in the heart of Siena. The Host is super responsive.

Nice room and location

Missed venue services. Air condition noisy, but not performing (28 Celsius+ in the room). Too many instructions and messages, lack of human contact. Reception unpleasant/dirty. Average breakfast (and outside). No sevrvices inside property. Very low value for money. Far from parking. Would never come back.

esta en el cenro de Siena en una de las Calles principales, es un ABB, un poco deficil de localizar y para llegar alli en coche tienes que tramitar un permiso, con un mesaje a su dueño. sino te estacionas fuera de la ciudad y tre vas caminando con todas las maletas hasta la poropiedad, esto no es culpa de la propiedad, son los reglamentos municipales.

We loved the breakfast, comfy bed, cute decor, and location! Definitely a very cute place to stay in the heart of the city! We took a taxi from the train station which was very easy (our host was very accessible and helpful via Whatsapp). We also appreciated the helpful videos and tips from the host via Whatsapp.

There was AC, but it was still a bit warm in our room (probably because it was 100F outside which I think is unseasonably warm) and when I moved a stool I found two little ants.

Staff was great organizing all details of our stay, from restaurant reservations to your guides. The location at the top floor of 13th century villa was outstanding.
