This place barely fits the bare minimum. The “breakfast included” is actually a voucher for a caffe nearby, and it only includes a drink and a pastry. We had to pay extra to get a coffee. The bathroom was clean but the sink doesn’t even has room to put the toothbrush. The room is small.

We were able to check ourselves in without a problem (flight delay/reroute due to Etna meant a severely late check in for us). They were extremely responsive- even late at night to all of our questions. The whole room/floor of rooms is recently renovated and gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the shutters closed to keep the room dark and let us sleep in in the morning! We enjoyed a DELICIOUS breakfast in the morning at the corner cafe which was included in our stay. The hotel is right across from a park and walking distance to a grocery store. Less than 10 minutes gets you to the walking area at night where you have plenty of restaurants to choose from. Only downfall was that we couldn’t get the AC to work that well so it was hot trying to sleep.

Sur le descriptif il était noté transfert aéroport mais en fait non, le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans un café à proximité contre un voucher cependant horrible vous devez deviner ce dont vous pouvez prétendre au final une boisson chaude ou froide et une brioche ou croissant!

So clean, so friendly staff, so elegant, and a perfect breakfast at a bar nearby. Thanks for having us. We will definitely come back!

What’s not to like?

I was very pleasantly surprised by the room and generally with the whole experience of this B&B, and would deffenetly recommend to friends and family. Beautiful room very clean and within walking distance to everything you might need. I spent almost 10 minuts, just looking at the ceiling, which is a new experience for me. Just a great experience.

Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff che, in un momento di difficoltà, ci ha pulito in fretta (e perfettamente) la camera è ci ha permesso di anticipare il check in. Il B&b è in un posto strategico ed allo stesso tempo tranquillo. Favolose le camere, pulitissime e spaziose. Ottima la convenzione con il bar di fronte per la colazione.

Incredible property! Enormous room with very comfortable furnishings on par with any five star option. Room includes breakfast, which is made available at a famous restaurant across the street. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, large common areas, including a kitchen and an outdoor terrace. The hotel is centrally located and across the street from the view of Mount Etna.

Location is very good

Breakfast is NOT a la carte, is simply coffee and a croissant. Bad service, personel do not speak english. Terrible linens and terrible pillows ( I asked them to change my pillow and they did not). The building is dirty and really bad maintained.

Very close to via Etnea, good for shopping. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

There was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom and the staff (from the cafetteria) not friendly at all.
