Beautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s

This is a beautiful property sympathetically restored by the wonderful umberto , The property is comfortable and welcoming with all the modern conviencies that you might need. We were upgarded at no charge to a fabulous room with a sea view. There is a lift for luggage and the communal areas are large and tastefully furnished . The main piazza is a 1 minute walk and we managed to park with a permit supplied by umberto directly outside. We were only staying for one night but having found this gem we wish we could have stayed longer , the best nights sleep on our trip so far, we were sad to say goodbye to Umberto after a coffe he sent us on our way with complimentary cake ….we will return ❤️❤️

This is an ideal place to stay in Fermo. It is located within walking distance to the central square, restaurants and cafes, and tourist sites. It is located in a safe area, and with a parking spot very close to the accommodation. The beautiful accommodation provided us with an authentic local experience while enjoying modern facilities. It even has a lift for our luggage. The common areas are spacious and tastefully designed. Our room too, with a spectacular view of the surroundings. And the service is the absolute best. We were greeted at the square and guided to our parking lot. And they sent us off too. Such warm hospitality. They are responsive to our questions too. They gave us a bottle of wine on our arrival and though we don't drink, we deeply appreciate the thoughtful gesture. Heartfelt thanks to Umberto and Jacob. We will remember your kindness and warmth with fondness.
