Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our birthday with family, the staff is very friendly and attentive especially Jean, Bien, Jarold and Ms. Angelica. Thank so much. We had a Wonderful time. Buffet choices was just enough for the price.

Our family stay in the 2‑bedroom suite at Lanson’s Place MOA was excellent.. the breakfast service and the housekeeping were both flawless. The breakfast area was consistently spotless: buffet stations were neatly arranged, food was refreshed regularly, utensils and service counters were immaculately maintained, and staff were attentive and courteous. The suite itself was kept in pristine condition — gleaming surfaces, fresh crisp linens, spotless bathrooms, and no lingering odors. The housekeeper’s attention to detail was evident in everything from perfectly made beds to well-restocked amenities and prompt response to requests. Ms Ivy, the supervisor makes sure that everything that we need are met and the lovely cleaner, Ms Lovely is very efficient and kind. Highly recommended for anyone who values cleanliness and professional, thoughtful service.

I stayed at their suite as we were running an event at the hotel. The hotel is very new and the staff is doing everything to attract clients. The suite in itself has a panoramic view of the bay which is stunning! The Club Lanson breakfast was not as extensive and only 1 could access which was very strange. The lunch buffet and breakfast spread to provide good choices, however, the hotel has to revisit the seating capacity as it does get full. Other than that, amazing stay indeed.

there was some miscommunication about availability of ala carte. all good otherwise. food was good except the ube jam which i personally did not like. servers bien, tyron were attentive.

⭐ Our Wonderful Stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia, Manila ⭐ We recently stayed at Lanson Place Mall of Asia in Manila, and our experience was truly pleasant from the moment we arrived. The hotel manager personally introduced herself to us on our first day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. The security guards were extremely friendly—smiling, greeting us warmly, and even opening the Grab car door for us when we arrived from the airport. The entrance luggage screening felt professional and added a sense of safety. Their friendliness immediately made us feel relaxed. Our room was clean, neat, and very comfortable, with wonderfully cool air-conditioning. Every staff member we encountered—from the bellboys to the café team—was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was a great experience. The staff guided us to our table, and the café manager was attentive and caring. The food was very good, and the warm service made each morning enjoyable. One of the staff members, whose name might be Chelester, was especially friendly, helpful, and hardworking—although in truth, everyone was always smiling and doing their best. We also enjoyed the beautiful gym and even had a nice swim one evening. Another great thing about Lanson Place is its excellent location—only a 2–5 minute walk to the Mall of Asia, where we often went for shopping, lunch, and dinner. Although our stay was only 5–6 days, we loved the festive atmosphere. In the Philippines, Christmas begins as early as September, so the scenery felt warm and joyful. Our room wasn’t facing the sea, but we still took plenty of photos and enjoyed our time. One of the highlights of our trip was attending Mariah Carey’s concert at the Arena, which was amazing. We even met some of the backup singers during breakfast—they were very friendly and cool, and we got to take pictures with them! Of course, the Philippines faces challenges like earthquakes, typhoons, volcanoes, and flooding. We pray for the safety of the people and the innocent animals—dogs, cats, sheep, carabaos, cows—and for protection for all families in the country. We are very happy with our stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia, and we are already planning to come back again in a few years. To everyone at the hotel: thank you for your kindness. Spent 6 days at the hotel. The place is very modern and is really well maintained. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Shout out to Laura, who was very nice and even remembered my food preferences everyday, just when she was checking if i was waiting for anything. This was very pro-active step and then attention to detail was remarkable. The location is great too, right next to MOA.

This is the third time for me stay at this hotel. This time, I stayed by myself in a One-bedroom residence Panorama Suite. The room layout is very good, and there is a lot of storage space for your belongings. Since this stayed coincided with my birthday, the hotel staff made it a point to send me a small birthday cake which was very much appreciated. Overall, the hotel staff from the from the front desk during check-in and check-out, to the housekeeping staff, to the restaurant staff were very warm in dealing with guests. The manager of the restaurant Cyan, Laura, was very hands on when dealing with guest, making every effort to make sure that guests were well taken care of. This being said, there are two points which this hotel could improve on: 1. While sitting at the table, I noticed that the space between the washer/dryer and the refrigerator was very dusty (as shown in the attached picture). I noticed that the housekeeping staff missed this the two days that I stayed in the room. 2. If you are a senior citizen, be aware that you will have to pay the full amount. The two times I previously stayed at the hotel, I paid the discounted rate for the stay when I booked the room. This time, however, I had to pay the full rate. Also, before the stay, I exercised the option for lunch at Cyan at a largely discounted rate. During the stay however, I was made to pay the full price of the buffet lunch. Upon check out, I was told that I would be contacted by the accounting department for the refund of the discount. It has been three days since I checked out of the hotel, and I still have not received word from the hotel regarding the refund for the senior citizen discount, and the discounted rate on the buffet lunch. I do understand that the hotel staff is just following guidelines set by the hotel management. However, I still prefer what other hotels do in which they make you pay the discounted rate, rather that requiring the customer to pay the full rate and only get refunded the difference at a later date -- that is if they are refunded for the difference.

Lanson Place Manila is a great place to stay in Manila. Great value for money. Service is personalized and impeccable. The restaurant manager at Cyan, Ms Laura really took time to get to know us. Ms Bien one of our servers, was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cozy, beds provide comfort- you have choice of 2 kinds of pillows, too. Of course, it has that signature Nespresso machine. All in all, great!
