Me and my partner stayed at lanson for our anniversary and my boyfriend's birthday And it was truly best experience A special shout out and thanks to our room attendant Ms rose Ann. She went above and beyond our room was absolutely spotless, and she even took the time to beautiful organize my make up. Such an amazing touch and truly appreciated! The staff at lanson are exceptional professional,accommodating, and genuinely caring. We would definitely come back again Lanson, your team deserves all the praise!❤️

This is my first visit in manila and currently staying at the beautiful lanson place manila. The service and staff are outstanding. i din’t expect, the staff greeted me by my name and welcome you with a smile. at the club i wished to thanked the staffs for their hospitality. They are true authors of customer sevice with a can do attitude and service. Special mention housekeeping Rose ann.

This is my 2nd time to stay at Lanson and it disn't disappoint. The room was huge( I was upgraded). The staff were all nice and friendly. From the guards to the front desk to the dining receptionist and the housekeeping named Ivern and Van who cleaned the room and gave me synthetic pillow since I mentioned about the feathers... Food was good. Location was great as well. Hope the management can keep it up and kudos to all the staff. God bless!

Lanson Place MOA truly offers one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Special mention to Ate Sarah under SIR MARK from Housekeeping, who asked what we needed and made sure we were comfortable. She provided us with extra water and other essentials, showing a level of care and attentiveness that really stood out. The facilities of the hotel are equally impressive. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay feel both relaxing and luxurious. The pool area is well-maintained and perfect for unwinding, the gym is complete and spotless, and the common areas give off an elegant yet cozy vibe. Overall, Lanson Place MOA exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

Our stay at Lanson Place was wonderful. The breakfast has consistently been very good. We truly appreciate the comfort and hospitality during our stay. However, we would like to raise a concern regarding one of the banquet staff members on the second floor. We understand that we needed to transfer our booth set-up due to another event taking place beside us, and we were fully cooperative with the change. What concerned us was the manner in which the banquet staff member, named Clinton, spoke to us and how he handled the situation. His tone and approach came across as rude and unprofessional, which made us feel uncomfortable during the setup. We believe situations like this can be handled more politely to maintain the excellent service that Lanson Place is known for, and proper communication ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. We hope this feedback helps improve future interactions, as we truly enjoy staying at your property and look forward to better experiences on our next visits.

Thoroughly clean, very nice service. Rose ann is kind, polite, and hardworking. She makes our stay here very pleasant and comfortable.

I highly recommend Jessel Balansag , housekeeping staff and her supervisor Mark Gumapac for an efficient , friendly and accommodating service . Definitely I will go back to Lansons place again with such good service.
