Some miscommunication about the parking instead I will be the one to pay 300 they paid it for me. Wow so Amazed with your faithful employees to Lanson. You are so Blessed to have that employees. New beautiful hotel, great room amazing location just perfect. Room is big, modern, high end you would love it. Staff is kind and attentive, amazing pool, gym and facilities. I was so happy 😀

Outstanding Service All Around! I had an amazing experience thanks to the exceptional staff. Lovely, the room attendant, was truly impressive—very attentive, kind, and made sure my room was always spotless and comfortable. James and Carlo were equally fantastic, always helpful, professional, and ready to assist whenever needed. A special mention to Jonilo, the bartender, who did an incredible job mixing drinks. Every drink he prepared was perfectly balanced and delicious. His skill and friendly attitude added so much to the experience. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We recently completed our stay and were incredibly impressed by the level of cleanliness in our room. A huge thank you and commendation goes to Rose Ann, our housekeeper, who ensured every detail was immaculate each day. The room was consistently pristine, and we truly appreciated her thoroughness and kind. Additionally, we wanted to recognize the Housekeeping Supervisor, Ms. Ivy. It's clear that the department is managed to a high standard, as Ms. Ivy personally checked on our room's cleanliness and ensured everything was perfect. This level of oversight and dedication to quality made a real difference in our stay. They are both true assets to the hotel!
