Green Glass Hotel

Let me start by stating This is by no means a bad review. Green Glass hotel is very basic. Clean, relatively quiet even though it’s location at a busy crossroads. Bed was comfortable, good Wifi. But.... AC blew cold air right at the bed so it had to be turned off overnight. Bathroom is small. Sitting on the toilet was like being in Economy Class on airplane. My knees touched the wall. No hot water. If you are looking for a clean place to stay but are not concerned with anything fancy, then this is a good place. I personally prefer the amenities.

The Hotel was in the center of town, close to malls, restaurants, transportation, etc. There were no windows in the Hotel. Beds were comfortable but most important to me was they were clean. Towels needed upgrade, they were too thin. Staff was courteous, I would stay here again but don't expect alot. Comfortable for a nights stay.

This was my second stay at the Green Glass Hotel and although it was a considerable good stay, the prices do not match to the quality of the place. The property is centrally located and close to SM Calamba, but there was a sewer smell the first time i arrived into my room. There was no hot water for the entire stay and the sheets had old stains on them. On the plus side, the wi-fi offered was good and i was placed in a much quieter room compared to my initial stay.

The staff is great. Attentive, professional and polite. But whoever actually owns the hotel needs to re-invest into the hotel. Moldy shower heads, unreliable water heater (depending on the room you're in... I stayed in 3,)the place is starting to show it's age. Severely over priced for what it is. There are definitely better spots in manila for the same price, if not similar.

Stayed in a Junior suite for a night because it was super hot.. did not expect a lot but the room was spacious, with recieving area and mini kitchen, bed is comfy, minimalist style, my son enjoyed the tub, working ACs, yes 2 ACs! The room was in promotion, paid half the price only. We will go back there again soon..

As a Westerner, I needed a centrally located hotel and this was the ideal choice and, I wasn't disappointed. After a speedy check-in, we were shown to our room which was immaculate, I choose to upgrade to a Deluxe room as I was staying for eleven nights, so the fridge, microwave, and extra space was much appreciated. My room was located on the third floor close to the elevator which you could not hear from inside the room. This town never sleeps so if you are overlooking the main street it can be noisey so all you light sleepers may need some earplugs, as for me it was not a problem. The staff here will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with any request (Towels, water, or even toilet paper) at your room door with a smile in minutes. Would I stay here again??? YES without any doubt. Would I change anything, If I could?? Yes, Open the rooftop sooner, even if just for drinks, as it's a real sun trap.

Booked on this Hotel initially for 2nights and kept extending our stay to 8 nights. Love the convenience of the location which was in between MacDonald and 7/11. SM Calamba was just few minutes walk through the Foot Bridge. Staff were excellent all friendly and polite. The only thing was the rooms were very small. Ended up getting 2 rooms. My son, wife, and 2 kids in the Premium de Luxe room and me in Twins room. My son normally moved to my room when time to sleep and used the other bed. Doing this everyone comfortable in sleeping.

Pros: Convenient store (711) is just below the hotel, Mcdonalds is very accessible. rooms are just fine, aircondition is working well, wifi is availbale Cons: Noisy, you can hear the noise from their bar from above

Length of stay: 4 days Room: Double Bed Green Glass sits right in the middle of the busy crossing in Calamba. It is accessible to a nearby mall and has a cute roofdeck cafe. Staff are ok, the room is fine. Plumbing could use a little help with the water pressure from the shower. TV channels need updating. Internet connection needs upgrading. Other than that, this is an OK hotel.

We stayed one night here, because we did the Villa Escudero tour the day after our Taal Volcano and Tagaytay day trip, so we did not want to go back to Manila. The staff was very friendly, but the room was old, TV small, DVD player didnt work correctly. Agreeing with the previous reviewer, towels and sheets are old, full with stains, not smelling nice. In spite of all these they have posters in the room, stating that if you stain the towels they deduct it from your deposit, it was a bit weird... For the same price, we stayed in Red Planet Makati in Manila, and that was much more modern and convenient. WIFI was also unstable, that was the biggest blow.
