Most of the Reception staff in charged are lacked in information. They need to be trained more by their Superiors in order to give an efficient quality of service. Although overall, staffs we encountered are courteous enough. That ‘s the only good thing in them.

The rooms were clean and have a nice design beds were comfortable. Aircon was working well. Good food as well. The staffs were friendly and accomodating. Very good location.

The place was being renovated when we went there. It is sorely needed because the tiles in the bathroom were falling off. I asked the staff in the restaurant if the breakfast was complimentary and they told me that it was. I double checked with front desk and they confirmed that it was. We were then charged for breakfast that wasn't even that good. Oh, and the food in the menu did not match what was served to us. We had to checkout earlier than expected. Horrible experience!
