The room is big, with tv that has netflix

They did not give us a key to our room because as per them, the previous guest forgot to surrender it. But they also did not give us the duplicate. So we left the room to roam around PP while our room was unlocked. We still wanna stay long outside but we have to go back because our room is open and we have important things on it. Also i asked the girl staff with eyeglass how much the fare going to baywalk, she said P50 to P100, where its only P15. Not an honest staff. Next time tell the truth to your guest!

Everything was just wonderful.

- No (real) windows - toilet and shower are literally outside - water tastes disgusting - broken things

Great AC system and wall fan. Very cheap accomodation. The staff are lovely.

Very run down accommodation that needs some work done - hole in the bathroom ceiling, broken bed head and cleaning could be better. Accomodation is down a gravel alley so you have to wheel your bags down this to get to the main road to get a tricycle when leaving.

Very clean and comfortable room for a night and close to restaurants.

1) Booked a private room for a night in between travels. Arrived at the location just before dark and checked in immediately. The receptionists are kind and speak English very well, which surprised me because the contact via Booking.com was very vague. 3) The air-conditioning and fan worked perfectly and the door locks nicely too. The location is in a dark little alley so that means you'll definitely have a good nights sleep. 5) There are some restaurants in walking distance which is convenient. One of the staff also called after my bus reservation to make sure they would pick me up in the morning. In terms of service they are good (physically).In terms of actual amenities they can definitely improve.

2) The room itself is very outdated, paint is flaking off the doors, cabins and on the walls. The sheets had questionable stains on them that looked like a certain activity had been performed on them. Upon noticing I asked for clean sheets and that was given promptly to me. The toilet didn't come with any toilet paper, which I find quite odd for a private room booking and the shower only has cold water and a broken shower head. The water sprayed everywhere when opening the nozzle. 4) They should provide proper blankets for the bedding since the rooms get boiling hot without air-conditioning, and with the airco on the lightest setting you'll still be freezing. (Even if you have every setting set away from you, not towards you).
