Showers was not to good

It was pretty decent and unexpectedly huge for 2 people.

The entrance to the inn was dark and there was a road construction at that time so it was muddy. The shower area was huge but it wasn’t squeaky clean as I hoped it would be. But it also wasn’t dirty, disgusting level. I’d rate it 7 out of 10 for cleanliness. The bedding and sheets are clean though.

Late check in

In the bathroom there were two cockroaches and somewhere definitely an ant nest because they were walking around almost the whole room. Bathroom and shower not very clean and cold shower.

The place it self for gateway is the d best.

For future improvement,Reception area should at least 24hrs available.

Avoid - the hotel had no record of my booking despite showing them confirmation. They found me a room, but charged me far more than what I had booked for via the booking.com app. There were cockroaches and the location was awful. The staff weren't rude but were not helpful whatsoever. I checked out within a few hours after finding somewhere much better for the same price.
