Good location and friendly staff.

Wish the bathroom was abit more private and more cleaner.

Used to booked all the time.. I used to like the place, buy this one last time.. They didn't accept us ans says its fully booked.. But why have an open booking on booing. Com and told booking. Com that we didn't show up, butvwe were told that they are not on booki6. Com anymore, so I was disappointed

they let me in before noon :) nice clean room not far from the city center !

value for money is excellent, location is good and staff is available and helpful

Large room with separate sink, toilet and cold shower (outside). Staff was very friendly. Price reasonable. Location is at walking distance from the city center and not far from the airport. Free water refill. Apparently there's free breakfast too but I didn't try this.

The place is not marked on Google Maps. In fact, only after driving around for 10 minutes were we able to find someone who had ever heard of the place. Turns out on Google Maps the place is called Comodore's Inn and it still has the sign of the Comodore's Inn as well. No sign saying RedDoorz or Palajuanders. I have no idea what's going on here but making sure that people can find your hotel seems to be the bare minimum to me. At 10.30pm it was quite frustrating to me that I had to drive around so long to try and find the hotel. I also contacted the hotel beforehand via Booking to ask for their precise location but they never replied. Also, the place seems inhabited by the staff (didn't see any other travellers while I was there), who are very loud from very early in the morning (around 6 or 6.30am). In fact they were constantly knocking on each other's doors, talking and singing, both late at night and early in the morning. The glass jalousie windows of the rooms don't close completely, so you are completely exposed to all the sounds. The room door was very hard to close as well. Internet reception in my room (on the far end) was horrible. There were three different networks and none of them seemed to work in my room, but at the entrance the reception was okay. I didn't have a sim card yet since I just landed and really needed the internet, so this was particularly frustrating to me.

I sent several emails with details of my situation and questions and never once received a response. Ended up losing my entire reservation and all of my money because no one ever bothered to respond.

Room was super big with all facilities , just 10 mins walk to central area in puerto princessa

No hot water in shower

Really clean and big rooms, plenty of space for all of us. Nice having the beds in separate rooms. Good working aircon and hot showers. Comfortable beds. Good location, only a short walk away from restaurants. Quiet area. Help from the staff in Booking things. Free water refills. Great value for money.

Had a little bit of an issue with check in and it took a while for the staff to find our Booking and get us into our rooms. Apart from that, nothing.
