Could have better beds and the owner is a racist. If you are not Chinese. Don’t stay here. There was another couple a white man and an Asian woman exactly the same as me and my girlfriend that found an advertisement online. It’s the reason why they came to this hotel. They offered an experience to go out with a local fisherman and catch squid in a night fishing session and then they came back and the restaurant cooked the squid for them and they ate it. My girlfriend and I saw this couple do the excursion and we talked to them about it and then we talked to the restaurant about it and we booked the same excursion because it seemed like a fun experience. After we did the experience, we came back with our catch and they were going to cook the food for us, but the owner came in mad at his staff and yelling at them, and he decided that they will not cook the squid for us and the staff informed us that this is only for Chinese people. I spoke to the owner because I couldn’t believe that they were choosing not to make our food for us after we purchased this experience and they just did it the night before for another couple that was a white man and an Asian girl maybe she was Chinese I don’t know but the owner blamed everyone but himself and would not cook our food for us so it was a waste of money and such a put off, and I would never stay at this hotel again think twice before booking here unless you’re Chinese then you’re welcome I guess. This completely ruined our experience.

We recently stayed at this resort and left quite disappointed. We had to carry our luggage to the rooms as it was not possible to roll the suitcases and we did not got any help. The room amenities listed—such as a safe, coffee maker, hair dryer, and outdoor furniture for the balcony—were missing. The “sitting area” consisted of no more than two plastic chairs. While the rooms are spacious, they lack practical furniture like a desk or high table. The bathroom looked decent, but that was the only highlight. The swimming pool area was unusable, with no mattresses for the sunbeds, no shade, and no parasols. The bottom of the pool was somewhat dirty and slippery, making it feel unkempt. Breakfast, which costs about 370 pesos, was presented nicely, but the experience was overshadowed by the fact that there was only one waitress handling everything on her own. It was hard not to feel sorry for her. One of the rooms had no hot water. When we raised our concerns with management, their dismissive response was that “everything is available if requested,” which showed little concern for our comfort. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and we wouldn’t recommend this resort.

This place was insane, we were skeptical at first as there weren't many reviews, but the staff were incredible, the rooms were huge and comfortable, the pool is great, the location was brilliant very nice and secluded, would 100% recommend!

*Bad costumer service, not knowledgeable enough to answer your questions *toiletries are not enough and complete *towels are ripped *food is not remarkable *beach is not nice *too many sea urchins in the beach *asked the owner for new towels when we came back from the waterfalls he didn't give us coz we're about to check out. He is sarcastic with his reply "what are you going to do with the towels when you are going to check out?" He kept looking at his watch like implying, you have to leave now. It was 1145am. He is so rude. We were out 1208pm.

Travellers beware!!!! I've travelled to many places and this resort is by far the worst and very low standard and no idea how to treat guests especially during check-in. The staffs are untrained, there's two of them that is part cook, part server and part receptionist. We booked two rooms for two nights for two guests but ended up showing up with additional one guest per room which we're willing to pay additional cost. The staff had to wait for the Owner to arrive before they allow us to check-in with the additional guest. We waited for about 40 minutes, the area we were at waiting to get checked in was the dining area and it was very hot and we were all sweating. We ended up cancelling and went to another resort. The service during check-in would speak for the service we will be getting if we chose to stay.

The most unfriendly place I have ever been! Having worked in the tourism industry almost all my life I was horrified by the lack of respect and low quality of service at this property We arrived as a group (18 of us!) Having had a good communication (turned out the person answering is based in Hawaii!!) We arrived at 19 hrs, only one young lady to help with luggage and room are far from the reception and you have to climb stairs.. Even they knew our arrival time and how many we were, the kitchen was totally unprepared for us having dinner.. Ended up with half of us deciding not to eat after a 75 minutes wait to get served (nothing within walking distance) The quality of service is so bad that they have ONLY two printed menus for the whole restaurant I personally waited 40 minutes to get a beer Next morning at breakfast another surprise and long wait The surprise is that tea and coffee is NOT included in breakfast (We had booked and paid for bed & breakfast) First in the industry!! Never seen it before The accommodation itself is nicely appointed with good quality materials BUT no coffee or tea facilities in rooms No Safe No hairdryer No soap And on the first day my room was not made, when I asked the answer was “you did not request it or hand the make up the room sign before leaving “ There is almost NO water, you get a very low amount of water from the tap or shower (seems they have turned the pressure down) Next afternoon we wanted drinks (paying of course) only to be told you have to pay as you order!! I propose to leave my credit card details in order to get an open account only to be told NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED even if it says that they do accept cards on their website and on google It would take a book to explain how bad they run this place and how low standard they have, I just feel the need to warn people NOT to go to this place, the owner who rubs it actually has no idea of hospitality and is very unfriendly and arrogant even towards his own staff which he treats in a horrible way The hotel itself as already mentioned is nicely built and has a good location but no way this is to be called a hotel as it lacks the very basic of hospitality management A shame for such a nice destination Travelers beware!

Amazing, peaceful piece of paradise. Great place. Everything was nice. Great location, great service, friendly staff.Number one infinity pool in the island . They served Chinese food that was so delicious and beautiful presentation. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!"

There is a very nice swimming pool, the environment is very quiet, the room is clean and clean, the staff is very friendly and the service is very good. Especially his breakfast is very delicious and rich

The room has really nice view. And btw they have a really fancy garden. The whole resort is not very big (second large on Siquijor island) but every corner is fancy! The staff there were really welcome and professional. Some of their staff need improve their English. The food and breakfast their were so delicious, love that so much. We tried another restaurant’s breakfast, not as good as this resort, so we ate three meals a day at the resort every day after that. Especially recommend dumplings, the fried one, you can treat it as snacks while you have fun near the pool (their pool has nice view too, lots of people came there to take photos or selfie) One thing I need to address is the locker on the door…. Hard to use, sometimes it works, but sometimes you need call the room service to lock the door for you. But, I think if you come in July will not facing this issue, they said they will change to electronic one.

The view is so good! They are newly opened resort, so not much people know them. They offer transportation, but you need call or email them in advance, I booked on booking.com, so I contacted them via booking. Their infinity swimming pool was so cool! You can ask them give you sun set platter (free), the platter will change randomly, if you like surprises try it! Also, while you make booking, you can try to tell them: I want little surprises or something special. And, yes! They gave me small surprises while I checked in. So nice person. And btw, the ube latte! See photo! Fascinating! MUST TRY GUYS!!!!!!! Ube lover🥰 One more things: during my stay, the electricity was out for 10 minutes, I know, it’s normal on the island, but if they can provide some small torchlight will be so great! (Bring one with you 😂)
