"Exceptional"

The say at 1521 has been better than other hotels we’ve stayed at in Lapu-Lapu for a fair price! The staff greets you with a welcome drink and always great you any time you go downstairs. The restaurant is affordable and has excellent food options! We traveled with toddlers and it was seamless. Our kids are picky eaters and asked for the spaghetti every night, they enjoyed the pools, and the wifi connection is amazing.

"Clean and Comfortable "

Very friendly staff. Good size room and toilet. Very clean. They have a pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Restaurant is located on the ground floor. Food was great. Enjoyed the roof deck dining with friends. Love the free access to their private beach resort, about 15 minutes away. Free shuttle ride is provided for the hotel guests.

The hotel is not on the beach but the courtesy transfer to beach location was easy and wonderful facilities when there. Staff were fantastic from arrival until storing luggage and aiding our departure.

i like it, very convenient location for airport transfer.. love thier beach extension, it would have been better if it is together though.. I'd recommend more option for lunch/dinner menu..

1521 is a great place to stay on Mactan. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The private beach property is beautiful and easy to access with the shuttle service. I am a big fan of the massage studio on the top floor. The therapists do a great job and it is so convenient to be just a few minutes walk from any room in the hotel. I have stayed at 1521 a few times and will keep coming back!
