On Board Panglao Beach Hostel & Resort

We stayed here for one night with my friends, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Getting to the hotel was already a challenge, as guests must travel through nearly a kilometer of rough, rocky road. The staff were unresponsive, which even caused us to take the wrong route to the property. Inside, the comfort room doors were damaged, and some of my colleagues’ rooms had very poor air conditioning. What made matters worse was the staff’s attitude—they were unaccommodating and appeared grumpy when we politely asked for assistance, which is far from the level of hospitality expected in a hotel. Overall, the place feels neglected and is in urgent need of major upgrades if it intends to continue operating.

Brudno. Brudne ręczniki, pleśń w łazience, wszędzie pełno mrówek. Personel nie jest zaangażowany, wszystko trzeba wyprosić mimo że zostało opłacone. Nie było ręcznika, dostaliśmy ręcznik i papier toaletowy po prośbach. Do śniadania tylko woda z baniaka. Przez 5 dni pobytu ani razu nie było sprzątane ani śmieci nie były wynoszone. Pościel poplamiona i brudna. Na śniadanie czekaliśmy ok godziny. Nie ma mowy o pomocy w zorganizowaniu czegokolwiek (wycieczka, transport etc.) Generalnie nie polecam.

Meget slidt. Personalet var uoplagt og ikke imødekommende. De løste ikke problemer der opstod undervejs.

Ruhig gelegen mit schönen Strand.

Kein Moskitonetz und mückenspray im Bungalow, erst auf Nachfrage. Toiletten hätten sauberer sein können.

The room need renovation

Schöner Strand-nette Bar mit selbstgemachte Bier, macht aber bald zu.

Leider ist die Anlage sehr heruntergekommen.weg zum hotel Strand, ist kaum zu handhaben mit einem Koffer, es ist alles etwas anstrengend.viele Hunde!! Die Bilder zeigen mehr Schönheit als es ist Realität ist.leider.klimaanlage extrem laut.

Not suitable for guests with kids and luggages. The room we booked was the extension of the resort. Was very unsatisfied with sanitation and hygiene. There was no water upon checking in. When they turned it on, it won’t stop leaking. A/C is not cold, No WiFi in rooms, Dusty beds. We ended up booking another resort for our comfort and peace of mind. We checked out early since we were very uncomfortable with the room.
